A luxury hotel in the Alps seeks a Welcome Agent to create a welcoming sense of arrival for guests. About the role:
The Welcome Agent performs duties of Valet, Door, and Bell Attendants, as well as shuttle driver, reporting directly to the Assistant Guest Services Manager. As an ambassador of the hotel, the Welcome Agent is also a Guest Relations Agent, knowledgeable about hotel facilities and activities offered to guests.
What you will do:
Positioned at the hotel entrance, act as a liaison with the Guest Services team on the hotel forecourt.
Create a welcoming sense of arrival for resident and non-resident guests.
Filter arrivals and notify Guest Services.
Be the first face guests see, guiding and informing them with friendliness and professionalism.
Act as a hotel ambassador, displaying style, integrity, and courteous attitude, and communicate necessary information to support departments.

What we are looking for:
Front Desk experience in luxury hospitality, a natural talent for making guests feel at home, excellent interpersonal skills, and an eye for detail. Fluency in French and English, knowledge of Opera PMS, and the legal right to work in France are required. This position is based at Four Seasons Hotel Megève on a seasonal contract.
