Schedule: Every Saturday and Sunday Evening Shift, 3 p.m.. to 11:30 p.m. (16 hours/week; 32 hours/pay period)

Job Description:

The Windsor RN/LPN will utilize a systematic approach to nursing by incorporating assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the practice of nursing. The RN/LPN will provide healthcare to individuals, families, and communities within their scope of practice as defined by the Illinois Board of Nursing and will believe in the values of customer-centered service, stewardship, ethical conduct and reflection, open communication, and fair treatment of all residents, family and team members.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Current RN/LPN license in the State of Illinois
  • Ability to maintain your RN/LPN license as required by the facility or the state
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
  • Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer and Dementia related diagnosis
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
