Job summary

White Circle is seeking a Web Designer (Communication) to shape how the brand feels across our website, product, and branding. You’ll design landing pages, build visual systems, and create graphics and illustrations that bring the brand to life across surfaces.

You’ll work on motion, 3D, and generative ideas while collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams to ship work to production quickly. A strong portfolio and 5+ years in design are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong portfolio across brand and digital design, especially web
• Excellent visual taste and attention to typography, composition, layout, and details
• Experience designing for the web with responsive layouts beyond desktop
• Ability to create graphics and illustrations and explore different visual styles
• Understanding of motion and how static visuals can move and behave
• Ability to take a project from rough concept to polished final result
• Curiosity about technology, AI, and design-software intersections
• Clear communicator, independent worker, and fast mover

Responsibilities

• Design landing pages from idea to polished, responsive final designs
• Develop visual languages, patterns, graphic systems, and illustrations for website and product
• Help evolve the White Circle brand and create recognisable visuals across surfaces
• Incorporate brand ideas into the product so the product expresses the brand
• Create concepts for motion, interactions, animations, and dynamic experiences
• Design visuals for launches, campaigns, social, events, and brand moments
• Explore new visual directions and turn rough ideas into strong concepts
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research to implement ideas in product
• Move between concept development, art direction, and pixel-level execution
