Greenly, leader en comptabilité carbone, recherche un stagiaire/apprenti en Web & CRO pour optimiser son site Web. Visant à améliorer l’expérience utilisateur et maximiser les opportunités d’affaires, le candidat collaborera avec les équipes de marketing, de design et de développement pour atteindre ces objectifs. Une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais et des compétences en tests A/B sont essentielles.

Qualifications

  • Actuellement inscrit dans un programme en Marketing Digital ou similaire avec un accent numérique.
  • A très bon niveau d'anglais (C1).

About the role

Today, Greenly's website (available in 4 geographies: FR/UK/US/DE) is our key marketing asset. Recently, we've made major updates that challenge its performance:

  1. A new design to attract larger prospects;
  2. The creation of new offers;
  3. The launch of a media (Leaf) to replace our existing blog strategy.

Our vision is to offer the best experience to our visitors (from both performance and content perspectives), maximize interactions with prospects, and generate business opportunities.

As a Web & CRO intern/apprentice, your role will be to help Greenly's marketing team fulfill this vision. You will ensure the website remains attractive, up-to-date, impactful for business, and optimized for conversion. You will work closely with our Web Team Lead, developers, Design team, SEO team, and Brand team to make the website the best entry point for business.

Your daily tasks

  • Keeping the website up-to-date by working closely with the Brand and Web teams
  • Analyzing website data using dedicated tools and elaborating specifications to improve conversion rates. You will identify key visitor journeys, bottlenecks, technical issues, and define action plans to address them.
  • Launching A/B tests based on these analyses
  • Leading web lead generation projects (lead magnet creation, web agent development, etc.)
  • Proactively making UX/UI recommendations to increase user satisfaction
  • Supporting SEO and Design teams in web-related tasks in collaboration with two development agencies.

Skills and competencies to succeed

  • You are currently enrolled in a Digital Marketing, Engineering, or Business program with a digital focus
  • You are data-driven and have a clear understanding of A/B testing principles
  • You have a strong interest in UX principles and conversion funnels
  • Communication is a natural strength, and you enjoy cross-team collaboration
  • You are excited about hands-on learning opportunities in fast-paced environments
  • Accountability, adaptability, attention to detail, and ambition are core values of yours
  • You have a very good level of English (C1)
