Une entreprise innovante dans le domaine de la comptabilité carbone recherche un stagiaire ou apprenti pour rejoindre son équipe marketing. Le candidat assistera à la gestion et l'optimisation du site web, travaillant en étroite collaboration avec diverses équipes pour améliorer l'expérience utilisateur et augmenter les conversions. Ce stage permettra d'acquérir une vaste expérience dans un environnement dynamique, tout en contribuant à des projets d'envergure.

Qualifications

  • En cours de validation dans un programme de Marketing Digital ou semblable.
  • Compréhension des principes de tests A/B.
  • Intérêt pour les principes UX et les entonnoirs de conversion.

Responsabilités

  • Mettre à jour le site web en collaboration avec les équipes Brand et Web.
  • Analyser les données du site pour identifier des améliorations.

About the role

Greenly's website (available in FR/UK/US/DE) is our top marketing asset. Recent updates include a new design, new offers, and the launch of a media (Leaf) to replace our blog strategy. Our goal is to provide the best experience for visitors, maximize interactions, and generate business opportunities.

As a Web & CRO intern/apprentice, you will support Greenly’s marketing team to achieve this vision. You’ll ensure the website remains attractive, current, impactful, and optimized for conversion. You will collaborate with the Web Team Lead, developers, Design, SEO, and Brand teams to make the website the best entry point for business.

Your daily tasks

  • Updating the website in collaboration with Brand and Web teams
  • Analyzing website data with dedicated tools, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing improvements
  • Launching A/B tests based on analysis
  • Leading web lead generation projects (e.g., lead magnets, web agent development)
  • Providing UX/UI recommendations to enhance user satisfaction
  • Supporting SEO and Design teams with web-related tasks alongside 2 dev agencies

Skills and competencies to succeed

  • Currently enrolled in a Digital Marketing, Engineering, or Business program with a digital focus
  • Data-driven with understanding of A/B testing principles
  • Interest in UX principles and conversion funnels
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-team collaboration
  • Eager to learn by doing in a fast-paced environment
  • Values of accountability, adaptability, attention to detail, and ambition
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
