This role involves investment processing, planning assistance, and client interactions. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and hold Series 7 and 63 certifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry required.
• Strong understanding of broker/dealer operations and diverse investment products.
• Series 7 and 63 required; Series 65/66 preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support Lead Advisor and manage client needs.
• Prepare for and follow up after client meetings.
• Consult clients on investment strategies.
• Manage data in financial planning software.
• Engage in marketing and sales efforts.
