Kestra Technologies is seeking an Associate Advisor to join our Catalyst Retirement Advisors team in Paris. You will work with an experienced financial advisor, participate in client meetings, and gain hands-on experience creating and implementing financial plans.

You will need a finance-related degree, at least 2 years in financial services, and licenses such as Series 7/63/65 or the ability to obtain them within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
• Aspire to CFP designation within 2–3 years.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial services.
• Ability to obtain Series 7/63/65 within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Participate in client meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
• Develop and implement financial plans with advisors.
• Gather and analyze client data to tailor financial strategies.
• Research investment opportunities and provide market insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients as the primary contact.
• Monitor client accounts to ensure alignment with goals.
• Share industry best practices with the team.
