We are currently looking for a WCM and Quality Manager.
You will be based in Châteaubriant (France, 44). Additional Materials Closures is the subsidiary of Tetra Pak which produces closures used for Tetra Pak packaging systems around the world. Additional Materials Closures has production plants in Seville (Spain), Sezzadio (Italy), Châteaubriant (France), Rayong (Thailand), and Mexicali (Mexico). Tetra Pak Closures France SAS, a subsidiary of the group based in Châteaubriant (Loire-Atlantique, 44), is a company specializing in the manufacture and injection of plastic caps. The production runs 5 * 8, 7 days a week. A human-sized site of around 100 people produces more than 7 billion caps per year.
Reporting to the Plant Director, and member of the management committee, your main mission is to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers through the quality of our products. You will be a major contributor in driving our factory towards our ambition of zero complaints and zero defects.
You will manage a team of 7 people and travel about 5% of your time.
Missions:
We are looking for a graduate engineer with 5 to 10 years of quality experience on a production site in the agro-food sector and 5 years of team management experience. Knowledge of the injection cap production process and the properties of packaging materials is a plus.
