The Alumni of Leadership Sarasota is seeking a Water Treatment & Install Technician to install residential and light commercial water treatment and filtration systems, ensuring proper operation and exceeding customer expectations. You will maintain documentation, promote additional service opportunities, and uphold safety and quality standards.

This field-based role requires regular travel to job sites, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of field experience.
• Valid FL driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Working knowledge of water treatment and filtration equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Install water treatment and filtration systems according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Confirm all installed equipment is functioning properly and operating efficiently.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, parts, and safety equipment in good condition.
• Generate customer invoices, complete required job documentation, and process credit card transactions at job sites.
• Communicate with Assistant Service Manager regarding job status, materials, scheduling, and customer concerns.
• Identify opportunities for additional business and services beneficial to customers.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship with professionalism and customer service.
• Maintain safety, quality, productivity, and code compliance standards.
