Responsabilités

• Manage and lead the logistics team; apply HSSE rules and instructions.
• Ensure communication within the team; organize and lead daily briefings (SOS).
• Define annual objectives for the team.
• Manage operations and ensure productivity.
• Organize and monitor activities according to procedures and customer expectations.
• Define and monitor KPI’s; report non-conformities to management and quality.
• Report on proper management of products and resources; ensure safety compliance.
• Report malfunctions to Shift Leader and suggest improvements.

Key Responsibilities

The Team Leader is responsible for managing operations to ensure the productivity of the site. He/she is also responsible for managing resources, performance indicators and the security of goods and merchandise. The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that safety instructions are applied to his/her colleagues. He/she is responsible for the management of the team entrusted to him/her.

• Manage and lead the logistics team: Be responsible for applying HSSE rules and instructions.
• Ensure communication within the team, Organize and lead daily briefings (SOS)
• Define annual objectives for his/her team,
• Manage operations and ensure productivity
• Manage and optimize activities,
• Organize and monitor activities in accordance with company procedures and in line with customer expectations.
• Deployment of Work instructions
• Define and monitor KPI’S,
• Report any non-conformities to your manager and the quality department.
• Report on the proper management of the products entrusted and the resources used: Ensure compliance with work and safety regulations,
• Report any malfunctions or anomalies encountered to the Shift Leader and make suggestions.
