Maersk is seeking a Team Leader to manage warehouse operations, drive productivity, and ensure safety and compliance. You will lead a logistics team, set objectives, monitor KPI's, and coordinate across departments to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Operational warehouse supervision skills.
• Employment Law knowledge (basic).
• Communication and relationship building at all levels (Customer, Management, Operations).
• Ability to lead, direct and motivate across all departments.

Responsabilités

• Manage and lead the logistics team: ensure HSSE rules and instructions are followed.
• Organize and lead daily briefings (SOS) and internal communications.
• Define annual objectives for the team and monitor progress.
• Manage operations to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Organize and monitor activities per company procedures and customer expectations.
• Define and monitor KPI's and report non-conformities to management.
