Job Description: Warehouse Supervisor at Cencora

Shift Hours:

Multiple shifts are available, including 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and Weekend Shift.

Responsibilities:

1. Hire, terminate, direct, and evaluate warehouse associates.
2. Oversee warehouse functions such as receiving, shipping, returns, picking, packing, checking, stocking, order filling, and managing the cage/vault.
3. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and DEA regulations.
4. Monitor workflow, motivate, train, and evaluate team performance.
5. Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and controlled substances.
6. Supervise receipt of merchandise and ensure proper documentation.
7. Oversee order fulfillment, double-check shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
8. Maintain high standards of packing quality and safety.
9. Manage attendance, performance, and overtime of associates.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Education: A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, sales, marketing, computer science, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
2. Work Experience: At least two years of related, progressively responsible experience.
3. Skills: Effective communication, basic math, analytical thinking, leadership, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, computer proficiency (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and physical ability to operate equipment like reach trucks.
4. Willingness to work extended hours, participate in weekend on-call rotations, and physical inventories.
