Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, staging and dispatch.
• Organizing work priorities and coordinating team activities to meet operational requirements.
• Monitoring inventory accuracy and supporting cycle counts, audits and resolution of discrepancies.
• Tracking warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, shortages, on-time delivery and process compliance.
• Identifying operational issues, supporting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions with relevant teams.

About the role

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will coordinate daily warehouse operations to help ensure materials are available, inventory is accurate, and goods move efficiently throughout the operation. You will work with Supply Chain, Planning, Production and Logistics teams to resolve issues, improve processes and support reliable service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Supervisor , you'll be responsible for:

• Coordinating daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, staging and dispatch.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations or a related field.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, materials planning or manufacturing operations.
• Understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control and material flow.
• Experience using ERP systems and operational reporting tools.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and root cause analysis.
• Advanced English communication skills.
