Job summary

Carrier in Guadeloupe is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensure materials are available, and help drive efficient movement of goods. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Production and Logistics to resolve issues and improve processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience in warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, materials planning or manufacturing operations.
Understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control and material flow.
Experience using ERP systems and operational reporting tools.
Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinating daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, staging and dispatch.
Organizing work priorities and coordinating team activities to meet operational requirements.
Monitoring inventory accuracy and supporting cycle counts, audits and resolution of discrepancies.
Tracking warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, shortages, on-time delivery and process compliance.
Identifying operational issues, supporting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions with relevant teams.
