Qualifications

• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Employment Law knowledge - Basic
• Understanding of different WMS
• Operational warehouse supervision skills
• Communication and relationship building at all levels (Customer, Management, Operations)
• Ability to lead, direct and motivate across all departments.
• People management skills

Responsabilités

• Manage the running of a safe and efficient operation within clear guidelines to achieve site and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with other Shift leaders to achieve site targets.
• Ensure that the Operational Budgets are achieved and KPI’s are challenged for better efficiency.
• Implement actions to reduce health and safety risks and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Lead the team and foster a SAFETY FIRST culture.
• Support resource planning and process reviews to optimize performance.
