Job summary

Y Not Stop in Guadeloupe is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist the General Manager with daily operations, customer service, staffing, safety, and store cleanliness. You will oversee cash handling, inventory control, scheduling, training, and coaching of team members while ensuring policy compliance and a great customer experience.

Strong communication and leadership are essential, as is the ability to operate basic computer systems and maintain a welcoming, well-stocked store under safety

Qualifications

• Retail management experience is required.
• Class E license and Responsible Vendor certification are required.
