Damiani Group, one of the main international players in jewelry, is looking for a Sales Associate for our Boutique in Printemps Haussmann (Paris), who will hold the important position of embodying the Damiani brand in each and every client interaction using the Damiani sales ceremony.
Responsibilities:
Consistently achieve and exceed the monthly individual and Boutique sales target by providing extraordinary service, selling skills, and a positive attitude based on the sales process.
Demonstrate good product knowledge and presentation skills to behave as a Damiani Brand Ambassador, ensuring a unique client experience throughout all touchpoints.
Successfully clientele and cultivate a new client base.
Assist clients with Customer Service needs while maintaining the brand’s high standards.
Adapt approach according to client needs and motivations.
Negotiate and handle objections with ease.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and Damiani CRM initiatives, partnering with Management to develop a plan for their clients and prospects.
Consistently and accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building, effectively utilizing the available tools.
Partner with Management to develop a plan to support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
Ensure that each client receives outstanding and exceptional customer service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of Customer Service before, during, and after sales.
Understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures for the Damiani Group and boutique.
Assist in the merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock.
Actively participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to prepare and ensure a successful audit.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Conduct briefings and provide daily reports for HQ and Local management.
Be responsible for specific duties or assignments.
Contribute market environment information and competitor business activities and luxury market trends.
