Job summary

The Social Hub in Toulouse is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to warmly welcome guests, take orders, and ensure smooth service across tables, bar, and dining areas.

You will move between stations, maintain a high-energy, friendly vibe, and help colleagues deliver memorable experiences in a dynamic, multi-national setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in restaurant or hospitality roles or strong enthusiasm to learn.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy and make them feel comfortable.
• Take orders, serve dishes and share menu recommendations.
• Keep the floor running smoothly and anticipate needs before they arise.
• Coordinate with bar and kitchen to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Handle questions and minor issues with calm, friendly problem solving.
• Maintain a clean and organized station and assist teammates during busy periods.

WhatYou’llHave

• You have a natural feel for hospitality and love creating good moments
• You bring 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn
• You havegreat communicationskills and enjoy connecting with people
• You manage multiple tasks without losing your cool
• You speak English and French; any extra languages are a plus
• You take pride in a clean, professional appearance
• You bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team
