Job summary

The Social Hub in Toulouse is hiring a Waiter/Waitress to keep service flowing with energy, speed and warmth across tables, bar, and kitchen. You’ll jump between areas, ensure smooth operations and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests from around the world.

We value hospitality experience, strong communication, and teamwork. Fluency in English and French is preferred, with opportunities to grow within our multinational organization and benefits across Europe.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in restaurant or hospitality, or strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Fluent or strong proficiency in English and French is preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with energy and make them feel instantly at ease
• Take orders, serve dishes and share menu recommendations with confidence
• Keep the floor running smoothly by spotting what’s needed before anyone asks
• Communicate clearly with bar and kitchen so every dish and drink lands perfectly
• Handle questions, requests and small hiccups with calm, friendly problem solving
• Keep your station clean, organised and ready for action
• Support colleagues during busy moments and create a great team rhythm

What You’ll Have

• You have a natural feel for hospitality and love creating good moments
• You bring 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn
• You have great communication skills and enjoy connecting with people
• You manage multiple tasks without losing your cool
• You speak English and French; any extra languages are a plus
• You take pride in a clean, professional appearance
• You bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team
