Job Description
We seek a Financing Program Manager to lead our policy and implementation of 3rd Party financing options within the Equipment and Systems (ES) business. This role involves developing capabilities and implementing compliant processes to support growth.
Reporting to the CFO ES Services & Projects and the Services Growth COE Leader, main responsibilities include:
- Developing project structures and financing strategies aligned with company and client objectives, ensuring standards for DBFO projects, and coordinating with legal, contractual, and technical teams.
- Managing financial models, risk analysis, and KPI tracking for projects, while continuously seeking third-party investors, contractors, and advisors.
- Supporting sales and engineering teams in closing projects, providing training on financing, and negotiating options with clients.
- Managing stakeholder communication, preparing information for investors, and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities.
- Establishing reporting KPIs, managing project risks and opportunities, and ensuring compliance with group standards.
- Following up on projects post-closure and assisting operational teams with disputes and claims.
Qualifications
Required Experience:
- Experience in complex structures, joint ventures, and matrix environments
- Financial modeling and business case presentation skills
- 15+ years professional experience, including 10+ in the water industry
- Degree and postgraduate qualification in engineering or science
- Proven project management experience with complex projects
- Experience managing project budgets and third-party relationships
- Willingness to travel regularly
