Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a comparable Credit Risk role with a focus on Hedge Fund coverage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish credibility and trust.
• Thorough knowledge of derivative trading activity and documentation to lead new transactions and relationships.

Aufgaben

• Lead credit risk coverage for a portfolio of fund clients, including Hedge Funds, Private Equity, LDI, Real Money, and Pension Funds.
• Oversee ongoing credit risk portfolio management, monitor counterparty exposure, market events, regulatory developments, and client performance.
• Act as an escalation point for other lines of business related to your portfolio, handling Derivatives trading, Prime Brokerage, and Securities Financing.
• Lead due diligence and credit analysis to assess counterparty credit worthiness and set terms.
• Lead discussions with colleagues and client contacts, building relationships internally and externally.
• Commit to self-development and coaching Analysts and Associates in fostering holistic risk thinking.
