• Provide credible, timely, risk-based regulatory advice to the business.
• Deliver input to regulatory change management.
• Document input on business initiatives for regulatory considerations.
• Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc training sessions for the business.
• Participate in monitoring and testing activities as required.
• Identify, implement, and review compliance policies and procedures.
• Engage in risk assessment and calibration activities.
• Contribute to responses to regulatory inquiries and exams.
• Prepare materials for first and second line recipients and represent compliance at forums.
• Oversee policy violations and coordinate with HR, Legal, and stakeholders.
