The VP Sales & Revenue Management is a dual-role leadership position responsible for driving B2B revenue growth and optimizing topline performance for Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role ensures full alignment between Sales and Revenue Management, leveraging synergies to maximize business impact.

The VP will lead a cross-functional approach, ensuring pricing strategies, sales actions, and distribution tactics are integrated and complementary. He / She will work closely with Global Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, Business Intelligence, and Hotel Performance teams, as well as regional teams, to create a data-driven culture that enhances both sales effectiveness and revenue optimization.

This position requires a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader capable of managing teams across regions.

MISSIONS

1. STRATEGY & SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (S.L.A.)

You will define Sofitel, Mgallery, & Emblems sales strategy and ensure alignment between other functions (Revenue Management, Ecommerce, Marketing, Operations, Hotel Performance):

  • Collaborate closely with brand marketing to align sales and marketing efforts, ensuring consistent B2B brand messaging.
  • Build the SLA with the Global Sales Team and ensure its implementation to guarantee our fair share of visibility and business.
  • Serve as a liaison between La Maison, Accor Global Sales, and Contact Centers, educating them on brand renovations and new openings.

2. SALES IN ACTION

  • Coordinate and represent Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems at professional events to strengthen relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct biannual business reviews with our largest B2B partners and identify new business opportunities and enhance brand visibility.
  • Define a B2B animation plan, including visibility campaigns, special offers, and loyalty boosts.
  • Build and share clear guidelines, methods, and recommended levers per segment, which can be activated at the hotel level.
  • Work with the Sales Systems training teams to ensure maximization of Accor systems.

3. LEAD THE REVENUE STRATEGY & DRIVE TRANSFORMATION

  • Define clear guidelines for hotels through the annual Hotel Budget Guidelines, the Pricing Policy, the Hotel Commercial Toolkit, and ad hoc projects/ solicitations.
  • Drive Transformation, including increasing system coverage rates (IDeaS, Upsell Tools, Rate Shopper, STR Compsets), simplifying pricing structures, accelerating promotions, and improving forecast accuracy through RMS improvements.
  • Transition from a FIT dependency to a balanced & distributed Leisure strategy.
  • Drive Performance by leading hotel topline budget construction, optimizing market performance, ensuring strong ADR delivery, and defining a commercial animation plan with the Ecommerce team.

4. MANAGE THE TEAM OF REVENUE DIRECTORS

  • Support Regional Directors of RM in their daily roles, challenge them on business goals, assist in their development, and ensure focus on key hotels.
  • Supervise the Pricing & Distribution Director to ensure strategy implementation and a balance between short-term tactical offers and long-term structural changes.
  • Build team spirit, ensure understanding of global strategy and priorities, and share best practices.

5. PERFORMANCE MONITORING

  • Support forecasting & annual budgeting with the BI team, promote a culture of accuracy and growth.
  • Provide regular updates to the executive team on performance, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Monitor performance and promote sales contribution by segment at all levels.

  • Roadmap, Annual strategic guidelines, Monthly business review, Hotel toolkit, Sales animation plan, RevPar, Forecast Accuracy, Web Direct Contribution, B2B contribution

Qualifications :

What you will bring to the role

  • 15 years experience in Sales and/or Revenue Management in the Air, Train, Hotel, or Car sectors.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Commercial, or related fields.
  • Skills :
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Business-oriented, always seeking new opportunities to develop revenue.
  • Partnership & Trust with Operations; understanding & empathy of hotel needs.
