We are looking for a passionate VP of Sales to drive sales within our internal teams and partner network.
Your Responsibilities :
- Manage sales efforts in your region, focusing on direct-to-consumer sales.
- Train, motivate, and advise both internal and partner sales teams.
- Ensure KPIs are met.
- Guarantee compliance with best practices and standard procedures across all locations.
- Provide ongoing training and educational materials.
- Monitor commercial performance indicators and ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop proactive and reactive action plans to address visit volume challenges.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and challenge the status quo.
- Maintain strong cross-functional relationships to align results with the company’s strategic objectives (OKRs).
What We’re Looking For :
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in direct B2C sales.
- Strong leadership skills – proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team across multiple clinics.
- Fluency in French and English.
