About the Role

Jus Mundi is seeking a Vice President of Product to lead our global product strategy and execution during a pivotal growth phase. As our VP of Product, you’ll define the long-term vision while rolling up your sleeves to drive operational excellence: structuring teams, optimizing processes, and scaling a multi-product AI-driven platform. The Team

You’ll lead our Product team, working hand-in-hand with Engineering, AI/ML, Legal Content, Design, Marketing, and Sales. While we already have strong legal subject matter experts on board, we now need a product leader with deep experience in building and scaling exceptional products.

The team is known for its clarity of thinking and curiosity, and you’ll help scale it into a center of excellence as we evolve from a scale-up to a global leader.

Your Mission at Jus Mundi

As VP Of Product, You Will


• Define and drive the global product strategy for a multi-product, AI-driven platform
• Lead a team of Product Managers, Product Marketing, and Designers while actively shaping org design, team rituals, and performance standards.
• Oversee scalable product discovery and delivery frameworks rooted in continuous learning and customer insight.
• Collaborate with AI/ML and Engineering teams to ship data-intensive, AI-powered products (e.g., search, recommendations, classification, NLP).
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to align roadmap priorities across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Care teams.
• Drive adoption, activation, and retention through data-informed decision-making and experimentation (A/B tests, cohort/funnel analysis).
• Elevate design excellence and user-centricity across all touchpoints, particularly in complex B2B environments.
• Influence strategic decisions with the CEO and Executive team on product direction, go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning.

• At least 10-12 years in Product Management, with a minimum of 4+ years in a leadership role
• Strategic Product Leadership: You’ve led product strategy at global SaaS companies, managing multi-product portfolios with a strong alignment to business goals and user outcomes.
• AI & Data-Driven Products: You bring hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered features (e.g., search, recommendations, NLP) and understand how to collaborate with data scientists and engineers to bring them to life.
• Discovery & Design Mindset: Skilled in continuous discovery, you integrate customer insight early and often. You have strong UX instincts and have worked closely with design teams to build user-centric B2B experiences.
• Execution & Delivery Excellence: You know how to scale agile product practices, run experiments, and make decisions based on key metrics (activation, retention, engagement).
• Global Product Experience: You’ve built and scaled products across multiple regions, adapting strategy and go-to-market to local needs while ensuring platform consistency.
• Cross-Functional Influence: You’re a natural collaborator who aligns Product with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on launches, adoption, and positioning.
• Product Marketing Collaboration: You know how to position products clearly and compellingly, working with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) on messaging, pricing, packaging, and successful go-to-market strategies.
