Description du poste

We are retained by a global Fortune 500 company to assess the qualifications of candidates for the following role :

Vice President Global Strategy, Business Development, Sales, Support, and Service
  • Products : Technology and IT Systems used in Wastewater and Water Treatment facilities
  • Revenue :
  • Primary markets : Water & Wastewater

Reports to : CCO

Based from home : in any of the following countries : USA , UK, Germany, Austria , France, Italy , India, potentially somewhere in the Middle East as well.

Travel Required : as necessary to get the job done, meet the team, establish relationships. Long-term experience required: 50% overnight travel.

Primary Focus :

  1. Grow international market share and footprint
  2. Inorganic growth : acquisitions, partnerships
  3. Evaluate current strategy; suggest potential changes, identify shortfalls / opportunities; implement tactical changes to meet goals

Requirements and Traits :

  • Expertise in Water Treatment, Wastewater, and potentially Drinking Water markets
  • Strong international experience / exposure / connections
  • Expertise in management of Sales Distribution / Channel Partnerships
  • Prior success in leading acquisition strategy and strategic partnerships, and initiating / driving the acquisition process
  • Humble, check ego at the door
  • Values team (glory to them, not to the leader)
  • Accountable and holds others accountable; excellent follow-up
