J.P. Morgan is seeking a Merchant Services Business Development Manager for the EMEA region to prospect, pitch, and close acquiring solutions for multinational clients. You will collaborate with Global Payments Sales and other product areas to develop a robust pipeline and drive cross-border revenue.

You will lead deal teams, tailor client solutions, and influence senior executives. This is an office-based role with international travel and requires fluency in English and business French.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in payment processing and merchant acquisition.
• Demonstrable track record of selling to and managing relationships with large/complex organisations in Europe within Merchant Services.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior executives in EMEA/US/APAC/LATAM.
• Established network with Local Corporates and Multinational clients.
• Ability to influence senior decision makers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Business French language in addition to English.
• Office-based role with travel up to ~30%.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Lead cross-functional deal teams.
• Prepare and deliver presentations showing ownership of the sales cycle.
• Support pricing and proposal writing as needed.
• Assist with planning and delivery of strategic product roadmap with clients and teams.
• Identify client needs and upsell/cross-sell MS EMEA products as a consultant.
• Provide clients with insights into the merchant acquiring landscape in EMEA and build business cases.
• Coordinate with Bankers on account planning and onboarding from Payments product perspective.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and dashboards as required.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver complex products and solutions.
