Job summary

Quandela is seeking a VP Marketing with an engineering background and a track record as a Product Engineer to lead and scale its technical marketing organization. You will shape product positioning, drive go-to-market programs, and translate complex quantum offerings into compelling customer value propositions for researchers, HPC centers and enterprise buyers.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English with ability to present to technical audiences.
• Experience marketing complex B2B technology products to enterprise customers.
• Proven track record leading a marketing function or large marketing team.
• 10+ years of relevant B2B technology marketing experience, incl. launches and GTM.

Responsibilities

• Own product positioning and technical storytelling across the portfolio.
• Lead marketing planning and execution for product launches and milestones.
• Develop competitive intelligence and sales enablement materials.
• Own enterprise demand generation and ABM programs for strategic accounts.
• Raise international visibility and ecosystem development for Quandela.
• Oversee marketing operations, budgeting and performance measurement.
• Build and coach a marketing team to scale internationally.
