Dioxycle seeks a VP, Hydrometallurgy to lead our metallurgical advancements as we scale from R&D to industrial piloting and early deployment. You will refine process flowsheets, guide design choices, and drive collaboration with engineering, strategy, and business teams.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in hydrometallurgy and ore processing, strong English, and a hands-on, high-integrity approach. The role is primarily on-site in Paris with flexibility on location for exceptional candidates.

Competenze

• 15+ years of process engineering experience in an industrial setting, with at least 10 years in hydrometallurgical processes such as ore refining/processing and extracting metal oxides from mined rock.
• Fluency in English to work closely with a tight-knit technical team.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Energy, determination and a can-do attitude.

Mansioni

• Develop novel process flowsheets and contribute to process design decisions.
• Represent Dioxycle as a technical expert at strategic business/partnership meetings and industry events.
• Translate research-stage thinking into industrially robust process designs.
• Bring an industrial/operations mindset to stress-test process choices against real plant constraints.
