Dioxycle in Paris, France, seeks a VP of Hydrometallurgy to drive the scale-up from R&D to piloting and early deployment. You will lead metallurgical process development for ore refining and metal oxide extraction, working with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep industrial hydrometallurgy expertise, global collaboration, and willingness to relocate to Paris. This on-site leadership position offers significant impact on the company's path to commercial deployment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of process engineering experience in an industrial setting, with 10+ years in hydrometallurgical processes.
• Strong English fluency and ability to work in a closely-knit technical team.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Energetic, determined, and results-driven mindset.
