Criteo is seeking a visionary VP to lead the Criteo AI Lab (CAIL) with 70+ researchers and engineers across Paris and Grenoble. You will define the AI vision for the next 3 years, accelerate adoption of deep learning, and transform research into scalable capabilities in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Executive teams.

You will drive innovation in AI, oversee generative and traditional ML, and represent Criteo externally while fostering scientific excellence and talent development

Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership in AI research and engineering.
• Expertise in modern AI techniques.
• Strong communication skills.
• Preferred PhD in related field.
