Criteo is seeking a visionary leader to head the Criteo AI Lab (CAIL) and shape the future of AI in commerce. You will lead a world-class team of over 70 researchers and engineers and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Executive leadership to define a long-term AI strategy.

As VP of CAIL, you will drive state-of-the-art deep learning, transform research into scalable AI capabilities, and represent Criteo externally.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of large AI research/engineering orgs (50+ people).
• Proven track record turning research into production-grade AI products.
• Experience shaping long-term AI strategy with cross-functional leaders.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute Criteo's AI vision for the next 3 years.
• Lead and inspire 70+ researchers and engineers across multiple AI domains.
• Accelerate adoption of state-of-the-art deep learning across products.
