The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the base metals with a split between base and precious metals, and a proven track record in sales leadership. The ideal candidate should also have a focus on Corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the base metals space.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Represent the bank at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
