MISSION: Lead, structure, and coach a multi-country team of 12+ professionals across Customer Success, Key Account Management, and Support.
In direct report to the CRO:
Define and deploy client success strategies across onboarding, adoption, upsell, QBRs, and retention.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders (including C-level).
Optimize processes, success metrics, and reporting frameworks to scale client experience operations efficiently.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and proactively manage risk and churn indicators.
Serve as the voice of the client internally, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
PROFILE: VP CSM / Client
Must have:
8+ years’ experience in client-facing roles within SaaS, Martech, or digital B2B services.
Proven leadership of large Customer Success / Account Management teams (10+ people).
Strong operational and strategic abilities: process optimization, data-driven decision making, and account growth strategies.
Comfortable managing executive client relationships across international markets.
Experience with CRM/CS tools (Salesforce, Planhat, Modjo, or equivalent).
Interest in the influencer marketing, social media, and data-driven marketing sectors.

Salary: €90-110K (fixed + bonus)
