YOUR MISSION AS VP CLIENT

Ensure our clients get tangible value from our platform and are fully satisfied throughout their journey. As VP Client, your mission is to build long-term relationships by consistently delivering impact, support, and trust - and by helping them unlock the full potential of Key Opinion Leaders.

YOUR SCOPE AS VP CLIENT

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will lead a team of 12+ people, including Support, Customer Success Managers, Key Account Managers, and Influencer Marketing Specialists.

You will be responsible for the full client lifecycle from onboarding to expansion in a multi-country, multi-segment environment. Your core mission : help our clients succeed by delivering measurable value through our platform, while structuring and scaling our client operations.

You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients (from volume-based to strategic accounts) and ensure we deliver a consistent, high-quality experience across all touchpoints. Internally, you will collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data to continuously improve our approach and maximize client outcomes.

Your main responsibilities :

  • Retention & growth : Define and execute strategies to reduce churn, improve client satisfaction, and drive upsell opportunities.
  • Client value delivery : Ensure our clients achieve their objectives through the platform, by aligning our success efforts with their business goals.
  • Team leadership : Manage, structure, and grow a multidisciplinary team. Provide clear direction, performance management, and individual development.
  • Client segmentation : Define and apply differentiated approaches by client type (volume vs strategic) to serve each segment efficiently and effectively.
  • Process & tools : Scale our client operations with the right tools, automation, and playbooks to support a growing, international base.
  • Customer journey oversight : Guarantee consistency and quality at each stage of the client lifecycle onboarding, adoption, maturity, renewal.
  • Cross-functional collaboration : Work hand-in-hand with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Data teams to ensure client insights are captured and acted on.
  • International alignment : Harmonize practices and ensure operational consistency across countries and markets.

This job is tailored for you if :

  • You have 10+ years of experience in SaaS, ideally in Customer Success or Account Management, in high-growth, international environments.
  • Youve already managed client teams at scale, with a mix of profiles and responsibilities, across different countries.
  • You know how to deliver value to both strategic accounts and high-volume clients and how to organize teams accordingly.
  • Youre structured, data-driven, and experienced in building and optimizing client processes (onboarding, QBRs, churn prevention).

Youre fluent in English and able to operate in a multicultural, cross-functional context.

  • Youre comfortable with CS and CRM tools (Salesforce, Planhat, Modjo, etc.) and use data to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Youre collaborative, pragmatic, and passionate about customer satisfaction and long-term client growth.

Youre passionate about social media and influence marketing, and eager to help brands make the most of Key Opinion Leaders.

Kolsquare is an on demand work from home company, with a head office in Paris, France. You will have access to our coworking network Spaces in 400+ cities in the world, and we will gather physically on a monthly and quarterly basis with other Kolsquarians for great team building events.
