RemoteJobsOne is seeking a Voice Recorder (German + English) on a contract basis. This fully remote role is open to candidates based in France, offering flexible hours to record and annotate audio used to train AI voice and language models.

You will read sentences in German and English, annotate clips, and ensure high-quality recordings with accurate metadata. Prior AI experience is not required; domain knowledge and attention to detail matter for precise data contribution.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in German with clear articulation.
• At least B2 English proficiency.

• Comfort working independently in a remote setting.
• Strong attention to pronunciation, background noise, and data accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Record sentences in German and English following project guidelines.
• Listen to and annotate audio clips with accurate transcriptions.
• Create controlled background sounds as required while keeping recordings stationary.
• Label and organize audio files with metadata tagging.
• Support ongoing speech data collection for AI systems training and evaluation.

Role Title: Voice Recorder (German + English)

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in France.

We are engaging expert German bilingual speakers to contribute to a leading-edge audio project for a valued customer. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required - your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Record yourself reading provided sentences in your native language (German) and in English, following specific project guidelines.
2. Listen to and annotate audio clips, providing precise transcriptions and feedback on pronunciation and clarity.
3. Create controlled background sounds (such as stationary car environment or office noise) as required by the assignment while ensuring all recordings are from a stationary location.
4. Label and organize audio files, ensuring accurate metadata tagging and adherence to the platform’s submission standards.
5. Participate in ongoing speech data collection initiatives, supporting the development, training, and evaluation of AI speech and language systems.
6. Comply with project requirements regarding the privacy, storage, and intended use of voice recordings, ensuring all consent and data guidelines are met.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Native-level proficiency in German, with clear articulation and excellent pronunciation.
2. At least B2-level proficiency in English to support bilingual assignments and instructions.
3. Ability to follow precise instructions and meet project specifications for audio quality and content.
4. Comfort working independently in a remote setting and managing your own workflow for assigned tasks.
5. Attention to detail, especially regarding pronunciation, background noise, and data accuracy.
