These roles are part of our central Design team, which collaborates closely with colleagues throughout the organization.

Location: This role will be based remotely in the EMEA region.

  2. Creating clear, stylish presentations that enhance user experience and reach a broad audience.
  3. Producing designs that prioritize real content, usability, accessibility, and web standards.
  4. Demonstrating agency, with experience in agency, company, or freelance design roles.

What we are looking for in you
  • Exceptional academic record from high school and university.
  • An undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about your alternative educational path.
  • Confidence in sharing ideas, exchanging feedback, and speaking up respectfully.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability.
  • Appreciation for diversity, politeness, and effectiveness in a multicultural, multinational environment.
  • Thoughtfulness and self-motivation.
  • Result-oriented mindset with personal drive to meet commitments.
  • Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events lasting up to two weeks.

What we offer colleagues
  • A distributed work environment with twice-yearly in-person team sprints.
  • A personal learning and development budget of USD 2,000 annually.
  • Annual compensation reviews and recognition rewards.
  • Generous holiday leave, maternity, and paternity leave policies.
  • An Employee Assistance Program.
  • Opportunities to travel to new locations to meet colleagues.
  • Travel benefits for company events, including Priority Pass and upgrades.
