We are looking for a VIP Waitress for one of our new venues in DUBAI .

Principal Accountabilities

• Greet and welcome VIP guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide attentive, personalized service to VIP clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages in an upscale manner, demonstrating excellent knowledge of the menu and wine list.
• Build rapport with regular guests and anticipate their preferences.
• Maintain an organized and clean service area, ensuring everything is in place for the best guest experience.
• Handle special requests and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to fulfill VIP orders.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure any issues are resolved quickly and discretely.
• Uphold the standards of the venue and contribute to a positive, luxurious atmosphere.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operation during service.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar VIP or luxury hospitality role.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining and cocktail service.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle high-profile guests.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Well-groomed appearance and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm and positive attitude.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
