VIE Procurement Distribution & Performance Analyst

Location: Barcelona, Spain
Job model: Hybrid

The TTH Procurement Distribution & Performance Analyst will report to the TTH Procurement Distribution & Performance Lead and support the definition, development, and execution of the raw material distribution strategy, along with key process and performance metric improvements.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update reports and dashboards to visualize procurement data and key performance indicators for the TTH procurement team.
• Produce high-quality reports to support management decision-making.
• Contribute to the delivery of the TTH Procurement transformation roadmap.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to meet team targets.
• Collaborate closely with the TTH Procurement Distribution & Performance Lead to execute the raw material distribution strategy.

You bring

• A Master’s Degree in Business, Purchasing, Finance, with 1-3 years of procurement experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel (expert level).
• Extensive SAP knowledge is a strong asset.
• Skills in data analytics, dashboard building (Excel, Power BI, others), automation, and process performance management.
• Experience in an international business environment is a plus.
• Experience in Chemicals, Food, Flavors, or Fragrance materials is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills; Spanish and French are additional advantages.
• Rigorous, analytical, curious, dynamic, motivated, resourceful, and a problem solver.
