Context

As part of the Customer Services team, the Services Purchaser & Technical Support role involves providing technical support to workshops, setting up operational bills for after-sales services, and managing the progress of after-sales projects. You will ensure the availability of parts, components, and manage outsourced operations in compliance with technical, normative, and regulatory standards.

You will be involved in industrialization phases, defining the Bill of Material and service nomenclatures, supporting workshops and suppliers, issuing purchase orders, and monitoring deliveries and supplier performance. You will also handle non-conformities related to manufacturing operations and technical constraints linked to purchase orders.

Job Description

Your activities will include:

  • Defining purchase and outsourced solutions based on technical requirements.
  • Defining the Bill of Material for after-sales operations and subcontracted manufacturing.
  • Updating technical data in SAGE ERP (items, tools, documents, ranges, nomenclatures, equivalences).
  • Selecting suitable suppliers from DEDIENNE's panels and issuing purchase orders.
  • Providing technical support for subcontracted manufacturing.
  • Following up on spare parts manufacturing, progress, and delivery dates.
  • Managing non-conformities and associated corrective actions.
  • Defining corrective actions with suppliers.
  • Supporting suppliers technically and monitoring deviation requests, assessing feasibility, and validating specifications with Design and Quality departments.
  • Managing outsourced needs within ERP SAGE X3 (customer needs, purchase orders, stock management).
  • Participating in negotiations with suppliers on price, lead time, quality, logistics, and packaging.
  • Managing supplier relationships, qualifying new suppliers, and improving supply chain performance.
Profile

You hold an engineering degree in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering. Experience in the industry or mechanical fields is appreciated.

You are capable of understanding and preparing technical documentation (mainly mechanical and hydraulic) and specifications.

You possess strong adaptability and negotiation skills and enjoy working in a dynamic, international team environment.
