As part of the Customer Services team, the Services Purchaser & Technical Support role involves providing technical support to workshops, setting up operational bills for after-sales services, and managing the progress of after-sales projects. You will ensure the availability of parts, components, and manage outsourced operations in compliance with technical, normative, and regulatory standards.
You will be involved in industrialization phases, defining the Bill of Material and service nomenclatures, supporting workshops and suppliers, issuing purchase orders, and monitoring deliveries and supplier performance. You will also handle non-conformities related to manufacturing operations and technical constraints linked to purchase orders.
Your activities will include:
You hold an engineering degree in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering. Experience in the industry or mechanical fields is appreciated.
You are capable of understanding and preparing technical documentation (mainly mechanical and hydraulic) and specifications.
You possess strong adaptability and negotiation skills and enjoy working in a dynamic, international team environment.
