Want to join a fast-moving company, among convivial teams, and make the best quality and most authentic range of Cuban rums? We are looking for a Supply Chain VIE for Havana Club! You will be based in Havana, Cuba.
This is a VIE position based in Cuba, please check if you are eligible for a VIE contract before applying.
Purpose of the position:
- Ensure smooth and efficient execution of all supply chain operations
- Act as key point of contact for HQ supply chain teams for Havana Club-related topics, covering all bottling sites worldwide
- Prepare insightful analysis and presentations for strategic meetings
- Update, analyze, and share monthly KPIs reporting
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing Pernod Ricard processes and tools (S&OP, Master Data, Supply Rules, etc.)
- Oversee logistics operations contributing to new innovations rollout
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Bulk management
- Forecasting: Build annual bulk forecasts by liquid quality and ensure monthly alignment with production sites.
- Planning: Coordinate Bulk Planner activities across forecasting, inventory management, 3PL, and transportation.
- Flow Optimization: Convert bottling plans into bulk necessities, managing POs, transportation, and stock while meeting coverage targets.
- Logistics: Monitor shipment plans and address disruptions proactively.
- S&OP: Lead monthly S&OP bulk meetings with co-packers to align forecasts and operations.
- Ready-To-Drink: Support RTD S&OP processes by coordinating bulk flows efficiently.
End-to-End Finished Goods Management
- Customer satisfaction: Challenge factory plans to meet client expectations.
- Copacker Management: Act as key contact for global copacking sites.
- Key Market Coordination: Lead supply chain reviews with top markets and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- KPI Deployment: Communicate KPIs and provide training to Cuban teams.
- S&OP: Assist in demand forecasting, stock optimization, and managing obsolete products.
- SSOS: Track and evaluate slow sellers and obsolete stocks to optimize inventory.
- Innovation Coordination: Lead logistics for new product launches and co-develop strategies.
- Master Data: Maintain master data tools through team coordination and training.
Executive Support & Strategic Coordination
- Facilitate communication between local teams, HQ, and senior management.
- Assist in creating presentations for high-level meetings and KPI reviews.
- Ensure visibility of group KPIs and support performance tracking.
Candidate Profile:
Master’s degree in Engineering or Business, with initial experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing. Fluency in Spanish, English, and French is essential. Strong adaptability, excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and a driver’s license are required.
