Creative Comet – a creative video agency from Amsterdam – is setting up a remote post-production hub in Bali.

We're looking for an ambitious video editor to kick off as our first remote team member.

You'll edit social videos, aftermovies and testimonials, work directly with our team in the Netherlands and grow into a team lead role as we expand.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the process, culture and quality bar from day one.

Your first months will look like this:

Work solo on small projects (e.g., internal projects)

Receive feedback from our Amsterdam producers via Frame.io

Join short daily check-ins and share progress

Help structure workflows and prep for future team growth

Once the team grows (within 2–3 months), you will:

Help hire and onboard new editors

Manage daily task planning and QC

Become the point of contact between Bali and Amsterdam

You are...

A skilled video editor (2-4 yrs experience, commercial/event work)

Comfortable editing in Premiere + basic After Effects or Resolve

Structured, communicative, and eager to grow into leadership

Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Available 40 hours per week, working afternoons/evenings (Bali time)
