Share is hiring a VP of Systems Engineering to build and own the network-facing infrastructure, including FreeRADIUS proxy servers, per-partner RADIUS instances, and the BNG integration layer. You will lead the systems engineering team, set technical standards, and drive deployments from 10 ISPs to 500 partners.

You will work closely with network and software teams to ensure smooth provisioning, robust authentication, and scalable operations across Share’s global ISP ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional systems engineering or network engineering experience owning the RADIUS/network-authentication function end-to-end in production
• Deep FreeRADIUS expertise with virtual servers, Unlang policies, SQL modules and debugging authentication failures
• Strong Linux systems administration and deployment scripting experience
• Understanding of PPPoE, DHCP, IP pool management, and BNG interactions with RADIUS

Responsabilités

• Own FreeRADIUS proxy architecture and per-partner RADIUS servers, including deployment, monitoring, and scaling
• Manage BNG integration and provisioning pipeline with the software platform
• Design and implement CoA endpoint for real-time plan changes and session disconnects
• Lead and mentor the systems engineering team and define runbooks and standards
• Oversee infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD, logging, security, and deployment automation
