Share is looking for a VP of Network Engineering in Paris to lead technical standards and partner relationships in building an advanced network for Africa's next-generation internet. This senior role demands strong leadership in network architecture, team management, and partner ISP collaboration, ensuring reliability and innovation in operations.

The successful candidate will possess deep BGP expertise, operational experience with GPON, and the ability to drive AI in network operations, fostering a culture of excellence in engineering.

Qualifications

Experience building or leading network engineering teams.
Hands-on with troubleshooting and network design.
Proficient in L2/L3 fundamentals.

Responsabilités

Lead the network engineering team and set technical direction.
Own the design of protocols and standards.
Negotiate new peering arrangements with partners.
