We are looking for a VP of Sales - EMEA South (France, Italy & Iberia) to join our team in Paris, France. You will report directly to the SVP of Sales for EMEA.
As a VP of Sales, you will play an important role not only in revenue generation but also in Informatica's reputation in the marketplace. We're the advocates, the direct line to our customers. Our success is due not only to strategy and creative execution but also to the knowledge behind every product we offer and our ability to deliver the right solution with unsurpassed quality.
You'll use your record of accomplishment to lead a team to sell enterprise software solutions and increase revenue through the management of all accounts within the South EMEA region. You will collaborate with other executives, including presales, professional services, marketing, channel management, finance, customer support, and alliance and channel partners. You'll use your experience with sales management to inspire and coach the team to surpass their sales goals.
You have experience with structured management and sales techniques as well as leading teams remotely. Management skills and a record of accomplishment with sales campaign delivery are essential. Expanding sales within existing accounts and focusing on customer service while developing relationships with important decision-makers are your cornerstones to success. You apply clear performance standards and handle problems decisively and objectively while providing sound guidance and assistance to improve processes.
