A global service leader is seeking a Vice President, HR Transformation to lead and shape its HR strategy. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in HR transformation, a strong understanding of HRIS systems, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. This role will focus on driving global HR initiatives and collaborating with senior leaders, ensuring a unified HR operating model. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and an MBA or relevant certifications are preferred.

CONTEXT
The Vice President, HR Transformation is a senior strategic leader responsible for advancing Sodexo’s global HR agenda through the design and leadership of transformation initiatives that harmonize regional practices into scalable, enterprise-wide solutions. This role is focused on redefining HR’s operating model, aligning global capabilities, and driving the convergence of disparate country-specific tools and processes into a unified, modern HR ecosystem.
Partnering with HR, IT, and business executives, this leader will shape and govern a global transformation roadmap that prioritizes business enablement, standardization, and employee experience. The operational execution of transformation activities is led by dedicated project delivery teams, allowing this role to remain focused on strategic alignment, program oversight, and future-state design.
