A global leader in quality of life services is seeking a Vice President, HR Shared Services to design and lead global HR service operations. This role requires extensive experience in HR operations and technology, aiming for process optimization and enhanced employee experience. Candidates must have a strong background in leadership and global HR service delivery, along with a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).

CONTEXT
The Vice President, HR Shared Services is a senior HR operations leader responsible for the design, execution, and continuous improvement of Sodexo’s global HR Shared Services organization. This role will lead the delivery of efficient, compliant, and high-quality HR services across all regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee experience goals.
The VP will oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, leveraging global process standardization, automation, self-service, and regional service delivery hubs to scale support and drive transformation across the enterprise.
