Reporting to our Chief Global Customer Officer, the successful candidate should have proven experience in retail organizations or managing retail relationships successfully.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a combination of CPG and retail, with a history of using data-led insights and advisory capabilities to drive retail engagement, acquisition, and investment across our services and products.

Experience in sales and client management within service industries is also advantageous.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing organizational, sales, and client service leadership for the global Advantage business.
  2. Designing and executing global strategies to drive retail retention, acquisition, and revenue.
  3. Diagnosing and identifying key opportunities to accelerate retail growth.
  4. Promoting change and working closely across functions to meet client needs and develop proposals.
  5. Building strong relationships with global retail clients to ensure value and insights are gained, and advocacy is strengthened.
  6. Achieving sales and profit goals for the retail client portfolio and meeting new business development targets.
  7. Aligning with the commercial, market, and finance teams to meet financial targets and forecasts.
  8. Exercising strong business acumen and negotiation skills to secure win-win agreements.
  9. Supporting market leaders in developing collaborations with retail clients at the country level.
  10. Enhancing the Advantage brand through thought leadership activities such as presentations, conferences, white papers, and articles.

The preferred location for this role is in Europe (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, or Germany) or North America (US and Canada). The role is remote (home office based). Travel may include client visits, industry conferences, and events.
