Your Mission

The AI, Data and Analytics Team is looking for a technical leader to join our team. Your mission is to lead Stellantis' design and implementation of data quality, accessibility, compliance and security solutions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Design, build and evolve data quality profiling, analysis and solutions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
2. Design, build and evolve data quality reporting solutions to enforce standards and ensure consistency.
3. Build and evolve solutions to populate the data catalog to allow users to understand lineage.
4. Build and maintain solutions to ensure data archiving and retention compliance across all regions.
5. Design, build and manage data access controls to ensure compliance across all user teams.
6. Design, build and manage Stellantis' Compliance by Design Solution to proactively address privacy and security risks.
7. Build and maintain Data Subject Access Rights (DSAR) solutions to ensure compliance across all regions.
8. Govern data pipeline policies to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant data flows.
9. Oversee data breach incident responses and implement solutions to minimize remedial activities.
10. Collaborate with Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and Product Management teams to support new product launches.
11. Develop operational processes and procedures to standardize troubleshooting via runbooks.
12. Partner with Data Governance and Data Management Product Management to ensure standards and procedures are in place for the Data Stewards Network.

• Comprehensive experience with cloud computing, online services, web applications, and data analytics.
• Experience implementing privacy policies in an international B2B and B2C context.
• Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA, CPIPL, and other privacy laws and regulations.
• Understanding of analytics needs across various functional areas of a tech business.
• Experience working with large, cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
• Ability to translate high-level analytics questions into engineering tasks.
• Strong communication skills, including technical writing and executive presentations.
• Leadership skills to develop team goals, talent, and growth.

Profil

• MA/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a product manager, data scientist, or data engineer.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, Scala, and Spark.
• Experience with Big Data platforms like Databricks, AWS S3, Google BigQuery, Azure, etc.
• Proactive leadership with a positive impact on team culture.
