Day-to-Day Duties : - Learn to provide commercial support for applications and projects - Develop understanding of service centre operations and field service delivery - Build and maintain customer relationships at all levels - Learn to assess and fulfil customer service requirements - Contribute to inside sales and lead generation across the region - Gain expertise in understanding customer business models - Develop skills in identifying value-added solutions - Participate in technical and commercial skill development - Collaborate with internal teams and mentors

Ideal Skills and Experience : - Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline - Fluent in English and French (with proficiency in Spanish and Italian considered desirable) - Proficiency in MS Office and Windows environment - Experience with CRM systems ideal but not essential - Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal - Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership potential - Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to travel within assigned territory - Commitment to residing within the assigned region
